We make personalized gifts for children, so we take their information seriously. We collect only what we need to make your gift, and we don't sell or share it for advertising.

What we collect and why

Please only give us details you are comfortable having printed in a gift. You, the parent or guardian, provide the child's details; we never collect information directly from children.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe processes payments and keeps the order details attached to your payment.
- Cloudflare hosts our website, counts visits without cookies and creates the PDF of your gift.
- Resend sends the email with your gift.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We don't keep a separate database of orders. Your gift is created and emailed, then the generated file is not stored by us. The order details remain in our Stripe account as part of the payment record, which we keep as long as Polish accounting law requires (generally 5 years from the end of the tax year).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@fablerein.com and we'll answer within 30 days. Some records we must keep for tax reasons. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or to the authority in your country.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track individual visitors. Stripe uses its own cookies on the payment page to process payments safely and prevent fraud.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
