How fast will I get my gift?

Letters, videos and songs arrive by email within minutes. Printed books are made to order and usually arrive in 7 to 12 days in the US.

What if a name or detail is wrong?

Reply to your order email and we'll fix it and send a new version at no charge.

What happens to my child's photo?

We use it only to make your gift, and delete it right after. We never share or sell it.
