Who you're buying from

What you're buying

Personalized digital gifts, such as a printable letter from Santa delivered as a PDF by email. Each gift is made from the details you enter, so please check spelling before you pay. The live preview on the order page shows the text your gift will contain. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we're required to charge.

Delivery

Digital gifts are sent automatically to the email you give us, usually within a few minutes of payment. If yours hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend it.

Your right to cancel (EU and UK customers)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because our digital gifts are personalized and delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to deliver right away and confirm that you lose this right once delivery starts. This is permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Our promise

Separately from the legal minimum: if something in your gift is wrong, or you're unhappy with it, email us within 30 days. We'll fix it and send a new version free, or give you a full refund.

Complaints

Email hello@fablerein.com with your order email and what went wrong. We answer within 14 days. You can also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.

Using your gift

Your gift is for personal, non-commercial use: print it, share it with family, keep it forever. The designs, characters (including Ren the reindeer) and story text remain ours.

Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
